"C" Style chair arm mount on customer system
This mount was custom made for this customer's chair. Aluminum and Polypropylene.
Typical Left and right systems, mounted on a chair.
keyboard in up position. There is a friction lock for locking the pivot in either the up or down position.
Keyboard in down position.
Secondary rail used for gamepad, note counterbalance system at lower left of picture. Lighting system over keyboard.
Better view of auxiliary rail holding gamepad.
Optional dual keyboard system and keyboard lighting system. This arrangement controls 2 computers from one workstation.
The light really lights up the work area and can be cycled through 8 different colors.
One of our first systems sold. Used daily for 5 years and still working like new. The actual chair itself wasn't so lucky - it fell apart a year ago and the owner simply bolted his system to a new one. Guess he should have bought our chair :) .
this user opted to mount his joystick on the crossrail. This demonstrates the versatility of the system. Put devices where you want them.
This customer reconfigures his system regularly for flight simulator. Reconfig time? About 5 minutes... no tools required!
Notice that the keyboard pivots along with the crossrail. This customer later purchased a left-side rail mount so he could put the keyboard on his left hand side.
5 years old and he says it is as good as the day he bought it!
We added another rod mount to allow the wrist rest for the mouse pad to be used as a rest for the joystick. He liked it so much we gave it to him for the photo opportunity.
Nobody else can offer a keyboard with a pivot like this. This is one of several features protected by our patent.
But this works too! Notice the mouse tucked away inside the clamp mount (under the joystick).
Joystick tucked away under mousepad for instant use.
He could also slide the joystick to the rear of the rail if he chose, but it looks fine right where it is.
The racing wheel mount allows you to mount your favorite racing wheel or flight yoke solidly to the crossrail. Just slide the keyboard over and slip on the mount. Once you adjust it, leave the mount attached to the wheel. Some racing wheels will even mount to the crossrail without a mount.
The auxiliary mounts come in 2 lengths. We will even make custom length units (up to 12 inches max) at no additional charge. This is the long unit (11 inches between rods).
...of course you don't NEED the auxiliary rail.
Shorter auxiliary rail mount (8 inch offset). Great for running 2 computers, the optional clipboard, or using the keyboard with a joystick/throttle mounted on the crossrail position. These auxiliary rails can be mounted on the side rails too (see the earlier pic of the owners system).
Mounted on his favorite "post style" armed chair. Note optional rear speaker mounts.
Using throttle pad as a gamepad mount. In this case the "gamepad" is a Preh Programmable keyboard.
controls 2 computers. Mounting system painted red. Since the chair arms are solid wood, the mount plates are simply screwed directly to the arms.
2 keyboards, 2 trackballs, joystick, throttle, light kit, gamepad, rear speakers and room for more!!!
keyboard stacked using optional secondary keyboard rail (order separately)
LED, multicolor system. USB powered. This light is an older style, no longer offered.
Replaced arms instead of mounting to them. We can still furnish these mounts. Send an email to info@gamechair.net if you're interested
Leather recliner chair. Note gamepad mount for TacticalBoard.
This chair reclines. Talk about a total cockpit feel!! See how the throttle is stored away, ready to use in a few seconds.
mounted on his post style arm chair
non-standard arm style no problem!
Mouse pad located in front. By purchasing both 'sides' you have a lot more flexibility for device mounting.
Throttle on lower, left side rail, note the Z-Board.
This customer built the wood bases and attached his system to the sides. Note the extra long (custom) crossrail and auxiliary support.
Custom rest built for him to handle extra long crossrail.
This system uses a custom mount now offered standard for "C" style arms.
